The hotel is located right at the town square, making it easy to explore the city center. the staff is helpful and polite, going out of their way to accommodate special requests, including gluten-free and vegetarian options for breakfast. the hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with some rooms offering great views of the city.
Some guests have reported difficulty communicating with staff who don't speak fluent English.

The hotel had a great location right on the town square and we were within walking distance of many amenities. The breakfast provided was generous and delicious, and we appreciated the extra effort made to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The staff was friendly and the room was spotlessly clean.
Communication was at times difficult due to language barriers with some of the staff. The bed was too soft for our liking, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We spent Easter weekend in this hotel located in the center of a beautiful town. the rooms were clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the town square. the breakfast spread was decent enough, with a variety of options available. the hotel was located within walking distance of major tourist spots and shopping malls, and parking was easy to find.
The hotel was not suitable for elderly people and those with disabilities due to the lack of elevators. the hotel staff did not speak English fluently making it difficult for us to communicate.

I had a great stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were superb, and the staff was polite and helpful, making my stay more comfortable. The location was perfect as it was right in the city center and close to everything, including shopping malls and transportation. In addition, the hotel was clean and had a safe parking space.
Not obvious to find, but once you find it, this hotel is a hidden gem in this city.
